Monthly style guide-Up-cycled denim in all forms

I LOVE up-cycling. There is no piece of clothing that I do not look at and think ” I can cut that up!” . SERIOUSLY. I often have a hard time not cutting up my own clothing!

As of lately, I have really been obsessed with cutting up jeans. and turning them into denim skirts. I love how easy, and care-free these skirts look, with a boho chic feel. There is so much you can do with denim, and I really enjoy adding embellishments as well. Denim is so easy to work with and the is a plethora of projects that make it a very fun fabric to work with from skirts and shorts, to flowers and headbands.

So the next time you have an old pair of jeans that you want to toss, ask yourself instead: what sort of magic can I create with these?
