After drastically changing my diet over 3 years ago I have began to mold my body into something I am proud of, but, only recently I have begun to discover how bad processed foods are. Eating “live” foods will provide you with the nutrients your body truly deserves. We constantly concern ourselves with what the outside of our body looks like, but rarely care what is going on , on the inside. Consider your body a temple and treat it as if it were sacred. Learn to really see what you are feeding your body!
